- The camera-ready deadline is January 25, 2016. (23:59 PST).
- Since page numbering is done by the publisher, camera-ready papers must *not* have any page numbers.
As mentioned in the submission guidelines, the page size needs to
be US Letter size.
- The maximum page length as given in the respective call for papers needs to be strictly
adhered to: 12 pages max. for Research Papers and Industrial & Applications Papers,
and 4 pages max. for Demonstration Papers and 2 pages max. for TKDE Posters.
- The camera-ready copy should be submitted in a special naming convention,
please see the section below (File-naming for Camera-Ready Submissions).
- Camera-ready papers must be in PDF format and have passed through the
IEEE PDF eXpress so as to ensure compliance to the IEEE Xplore format. Please visit
the IEEE PDF eXpress site and open an account
by following the link "New Users - Click Here". For the Conference
ID, please use "37718X". After you submit your paper(s), please note the feedback regarding
compliance with IEEE Xplore. If your paper is not compliant, please adjust your paper
according to the feedback, and then repeat until you obtain a compliant pdf-document.
The IEEE copyright form should be submitted electronically in the CMT system. There is a
link "Submit IEEE Copyright Form" in the Camera-Ready column in the CMT system along with
in step-by-step instructions on how to submit your copyright form electronically.
Should you have any trouble in submitting the copyright form using this service, please

Finally, please make sure that the names and affiliations in your paper have
been correctly entered the CMT system, so as to appear correctly in the proceedings and elsewhere.
You can modify your names and affiliations in CMT by going to the top right of the screen and
clicking on your name and selecting "Edit contact". After changing your contact information, please remember to click
the "Update" button to save any changes. Lastly, please make sure that at least
one author registers before the deadline (05 February 2016 for papers).
